At Everlybeing, your mental well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities. We strive to provide high-quality digital services, including mood tracking, expert consultations, and mental health content. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities related to refunds and cancellations.
1. Consultation & Coaching Services
- All bookings for psychiatric consultations or 1-to-1 coaching sessions are non-refundable once confirmed, unless:
- The expert cancels or fails to attend.
- There is a verified technical error preventing the session from occurring.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 days before the scheduled session. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.
2. Webinars, Workshops & Events
- Tickets to webinars or digital events are non-refundable.
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Everlybeing, you are eligible for a full refund or a free transfer to the next event.
3. Subscription Plans
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but partial refunds are not issued for remaining days in the billing cycle.
- If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., double billing), please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.
4. Digital Products & Content
- All digital tools, mood insights, tracking reports, and downloadable resources are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed.
- In case of accidental or duplicate purchases, contact support within 24 hours
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your bank or credit card statement depending on your provider.

- Registered email and phone
- Service and transaction details
- Reason for the request.
